Andrew founded Mayflower Home Inspection in the Greater Boston area in 2015. Since the start of his career, he has personally performed over 1000 inspections as a licensed home inspector on many different types of properties ranging from old colonial homes, to commercial properties, new construction and everything in between. He has mentored several home inspection trainees, many of which are trusted inspectors at Mayflower to this day.
A former law enforcement officer and a graduate of Boston University, Andrew and his wife, Renee, along with their four children moved to middle Tennessee in 2023. Andrew looks forward to bringing the same standard of excellence to the Tennessee real estate market that he has to the Northeast markets over the last several years.

Steve comes to Mayflower with extensive experience in both commercial and residential contracting. He is also a nationally licensed insurance claims adjuster, and has worked on assessing residential damage of varying magnitudes; from missing roof shingles to catastrophic total loss from hurricanes, and everything in between. He has assessed hundreds of homes in his career as an adjuster, and is looking to take his expertise into the field to help home buyers become confident homeowners. His baseline of knowledge and positive attitude make him a valuable asset to the Mayflower team.
