Radon Testing
Radon gas is a leading cause of lung cancer in the US. Testing and simple mitigation can keep yourself and your family safe from this harmful toxin. We offer testing for Radon using state-of-the-art continuous radon monitors, producing an accurate reading in 48 hours.

Stand-alone test $250. Add-on to a home inspection cost is $165.

Water Quality Testing
Water Quality Testing identifies toxins and contaminants that may be in your water. This is worthwhile for any home, but recommended for homes with private water (well).

Stand-alone test $285. Add on to a home inspection cost is $265.

Wood Destroying Insect (WDI)
For the purposes of this inspection, wood destroying insects include termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and reinfesting wood boring beetles. This is a visual inspection of the property to determine the presence or absence of visual evidence of wood destroying insects.

Sewer Camera Inspection
Did you know that the average cost to repair undetected damage in sewer lines is $8,000 and that homeowners are responsible for the maintenance of their sewer lines? A Sewer Scope Inspection uses state-of-the-art scope cameras to conduct a video inspection of a home’s lateral sewer line that leads from the house to a public sewer line. A Sewer Scope Inspection utilizes specialized equipment to detect issues and potential hazards that are not easily visible in the sewer lines before they turn into serious and expensive problems.

Repair Pricer Report
With Repair Pricer, an additional report is provided assigning costs to all the items in your home inspection report. This is a good tool to use in negotiating home inspection items, as it is provided by a disinterested 3rd party, and saves both sides time trying to have contractors come to provide quotes.
